 We are a hybrid salon that offers booth rent, room rent, and commission options. Commission based employment is W2 so you can take the guess work out of taxes during tax season!

This position is for those that are highly motivated and can easily multitask. Computer skills are required. It is an hourly paid position that includes guest services, booking clients, retail sales, and cleaning duties. 

 We believe that family should come first and foremost. Having a well balanced life between family and career is possible, and it makes the service provider more efficient. We can show you how!

 We are all professionals that have built a safe workspace with a team culture. Even if you have your own business, you are still part of our team. Don’t be surprised when one of us walks by your station and compliments you on your work. Or compliments your client on how well their skin or lashes look after leaving the treatment room. It’s just who we are!

 We attend annual education training at Behind The Chair and Louisiana Esthetician Conference. Skin Games is on our “to attend“ list! Beyond in person education, we offer a variety of educational training free and available to each team member, no matter what payment structure they are a part of!

We offer personalized business training in house to increase your business potential. Some of our training courses have included tax do’s and don’ts, personality training, communicating with your clients, rebooking, finance and your business, goal setting, and many more!

We believe that giving back to the community that supports us and our businesses is essential. We attend several events monthly to show support and perform marketing for each team member. If you join our team and have an event or cause that is dear to you, we would love to know so that we can plan accordingly!

All of our service providers have the opportunity to receive monthly commission bonuses for retail items sold. Each month one team member wins our contest and receives gift cards, massages, or tools to increase their business growth potential! You never know what you could win!

During this time we all come together as a team to discuss ways and strategies to increase growth. It is also a time for any housekeeping issues that needs to be discussed. We always have a great time, especially with the drinks and snacks!

 Each quarter we plan activities outside of the salon to hang out and relax!
